RETURNS
We know you will LOVE your Hip Bag, but if you are not happy, please get in touch within 48 hours of receiving it - hello@runez.co.nz.
If it has something wrong with it - We will replace it ASAP! We will send you a return courier ticket and all you need to do is give it back to the courier, at no cost to you.
Changed your mind? - We get it, things change. If you think you can't gift it to a friend, then we will refund your purchase however you will have to cover the cost of the return courier and we will refund you once the product is received in excellent condition.
