Shipping and Returns

Delivery info:

Delivery is available anywhere in New Zealand. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery of your new hip bag (unless you are rural, you may have to wait a little longer - sorry!).

No PO Box addresses please - we can only send to physical addresses.

 

Returns:

We know you will LOVE your Hip Bag, but if you are not happy, please get in touch within 48 hours of receiving it - info@runez.co.nz.

If it has something wrong with it - We will replace it ASAP! We will send you a return courier ticket and all you need to do is give it back to the courier, at no cost to you.

Changed your mind? - We get it, things change. If you think you can't gift it to a friend then we will refund your purchase. We are happy to cover the cost of the return courier but will only refund you once the product is received in excellent condition.
