Shipping and Returns

Shipping and Delivery Info:

NEW ZEALAND

Shipping is $5 to everywhere in New Zealand (even if you're rural!). If you buy more than 10 Hip Bags - it goes up a wee bit, but not that much.

Delivery is available anywhere in New Zealand and are sent in tracked couriers. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery of your new hip bag (unless you are rural, you may have to wait a little longer - sorry!).

No PO Box addresses please - we can only send to physical addresses.

 AUSTRALIA

Shipping is $10 to everywhere in Australia (even if you're rural!). If you buy more than - it goes up a wee bit, but not that much.

Delivery is available anywhere in Australia. Please allow 2 weeks for delivery of your new hip bag (unless you are rural, you may have to wait a little longer - sorry!).

These deliveries are UNTRACKED. If you would like it tracked, please get in touch with us and we can arrange that for an extra $10.

No Box addresses please - we can only send to physical addresses.

Returns:

We know you will LOVE your Hip Bag, but if you are not happy, please get in touch within 48 hours of receiving it - info@runez.co.nz.

If it has something wrong with it - We will replace it ASAP! We will send you a return courier ticket and all you need to do is give it back to the courier, at no cost to you.

Changed your mind? - We get it, things change. If you think you can't gift it to a friend, then we will refund your purchase. We are happy to cover the cost of the return courier but will only refund you once the product is received in excellent condition.
